What is the best hair conditioner for a reasonable price?

Hair Conditioners
I am looking for a light or neutral or natural scent, good price, and eco friendly if possible.
I have medium length, natural wave, and graying (sometimes I color), tangles and static easily. I also usually have some itching on my scalp. I don’t do a lot with my hair. I usually air dry it and wear it the way it turns out.
Any suggestions?

Back to Basics has a good conditioner. It is super thick which i like. It is sold at salons and you can choose between many scents. i just bought a 33 oz or so bottle which was 10$ at ULTA .

Hi Dear,
There are no best hair conditioner that is widely acceptable. What really matters is that if it works for your hair texture it becomes your best. Check your kind of hair texture and with it you can find the best for yourself.
